Since it has been a while there is a slight disclaimer for a handful of the gnomes I'm writing about and this is one of those gnomes-- the disclaimer is that I am not entirely sure of their dates of creation.
This fellow is rather cheerful. He likes to giggle and laugh and play pranks on others and is quite an imp.
This gnome is suspected to have been made February 7th, 2015
