Yes, I may have been watching Call the Midwife when I made this gnome.
She is pregnant- only the second pregnant gnome I've ever attempted and she is feeling ready for the birth of her new baby. Her back is beginning to get a bit sore and the baby tends to get hiccups and keep her up at night but oh how she loves this time of life!
