A Gnome A Day- Day 13

Day 13 dawned gray and sort of depressed so I figured we needed a particularly jolly gnome or someone radiating a quiet joy and this lanky fellow is who emerged from the wool.
The remedy for this sullen mood day is a gnome!! :-)
