I am still trying to figure out how to have earlier gnomes. The trick is to have a day that allows for morning activities. Usually it is up and at 'em to make breakfast and hold the schooling rhythm for the children. If I wake early enough there is time, if not, well, we get late night gnomes.
I have a feeling that this barefoot gnome loves the night and adventures under the light of the moon and stars. He has trousers in one my favorite shades of blue- deep, dark teal- though that doesn't translate in the darker light of the lamp. He is a jolly soul.
