A Gnome A Day- Day 175

This buddy is wearing- you guessed it- that teal-y blue I can't get enough of (I know, I know, I will try to wean off of it but it is so hard!!)
He's a particularly upstanding sort of gnome. Perhaps he speaks with a British accent and wears ties when not in the garden? I am not sure but he is charming and kind and British accents are appealing, aren't they? My British friends often play them up just to hear the sighs around them when they speak......
