Early this morning, I woke up and snuggled in with a pile of wool and out came Grandpa Gnome and his little grand baby. The little pouch was supposed to look like a toadstool cap but as I shaped it, it ended up with a distinct heart shape to it. The wool really does have a mind of its own. I haven't ever made a gnome baby quite like this and it was hard work but very, very fun :-) It felt good (no pun intended) when this little set was finished. Definitely a good way to start the day.
