This gnome was made on the Summer Solstice after a day of hiking Door Mountain and Flying Mountain, after visiting the Wild Gardens of Acadia and driving up Cadillac Mountain for not only the view but for a photo shoot of all those gnomes.
We hiked, we walked on the beach, we visited a lighthouse and saw our first wild owl and then I settled down at a picnic bench on the Seawall in Southwest Harbor in Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island and I made a gnome as the sun set and I heard the cry of gulls around me.
This gnome holds a lot of magic in his small frame and I find him to be very healing.....
