A Gnome A Day- Day 205

  There is no gnome for Day 205, July 31th, 2012. It was the only time I chose not to make a gnome consciously. It had been a long day with very little rest during the nights and bickering children and all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and sleep. It was 11:00 before we were even able to get to sleep so I announced, "I am not going to make a gnome today" to my family and they were supportive and then I went to sleep. During this entire project that is the only time I have ever done that and it felt very odd. I have not repeated it since and though there have been no posts, I have been making one gnome every day - even on those nights when it was almost midnight. I find that it is my anchor.
