Yesterday was much less full than the previous two days and that gnome just came about with some quiet time and, luckily a neck rub to help ease my ailing back and neck. This fellow is another crocus gnome, I can't seem to help it. There is something about the greens and purples that makes me reach for them the last two days and so I just went with it, despite feeling that it might a little repetitive.
This fellow is a little muddy- the colors aren't all sharp and clean but mottled and varied and organic and that lends something to him. I know he is waiting for spring and nudging along the new growth that is yet to show itself to the world.

Finally! photos- there are camera issues in the house so I only got two sort of focused shots out of the entire photo shoot. Ouch!
