This gnome came along on Easter. He had to be in gold because we need the sun and the rebirth of the earth and warmth to start seeping gently into our bones. We need are hearts to warm and soften and our skin to feel the sun kissing it as we stretch out in fields of green.
At this very moment, as I type these words, it is snowing. Soft, tiny flakes that fall to earth trying to cover the brown frozen ground.
This gnome, he brings the sun and the warmth and he brings an echoing, joyful and warming laugh that fills the hearts of those around him....
